Nicholasville

The two Nicholasville facilities are located in Jessamine County, Kentucky.  The buildings are located 16 miles south of the Lexington, Kentucky Bluegrass Airport.  The plants have over 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space and a build rate capacity up to 60,000 pieces per day.  MVC has a dedicated facility for clad wheel assembly utilizing various methods of product attachment.

The plastic products produced in Nicholasville include full wheel covers, hybrid wheel covers, center ornaments, and decorative trim.  The manufacturing process includes plastic injection molding, base coat and clear coat painting, nickel-chrome plating, and final product assembly.
