MVC Holdings LLC is a holding company that is owned and operated by Linda and Michael Torakis. MVC is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE).

Mike Torakis

Mike Torakis heads the MVC management team. As one of the founders of MVC Holdings and CEO, he is well qualified to lead the organization because of his 30 years of experience and deep understanding of the domestic and international automotive component supply business. He has a strong reputation and extensive relationships that have been invaluable in growing the company. Mike has a bachelor's degree from Albion College and is a Certified Public Accountant. His prior employers include Key Plastics, Collins & Aikman, Peguform (Germany) and Venture Industries, where he held positions ranging from CFO to CEO. In addition, Mike has been an advisor and consultant to several multi-national financial institutions and private equity firms for a variety of acquisition and turn around projects.

Linda Torakis

Linda Torakis is the majority owner and Manager of MVC Holdings, LLC. In addition, she is the Company's President and heads up the Sales and Organizational Development activities. Prior to becoming one of the founders of MVC Holdings, Linda's most recent experience was as Director of Organizational Development at Barton Malow, a large construction company where she worked for 10 years. Prior to that Linda held similar positions with Alexander Hamilton Life Insurance and Household International. In addition, Linda had her own consulting business and had numerous clients including Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson and Whirlpool. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, Dearborn.

Julie Krupp

Chief Financial Officer

Julie Krupp is MVC's CFO. Julie has a master's degree in finance from Walsh College. She is well versed in budgeting, forecasting and implementation of new systems and internal controls designed to streamline processes, reduce costs, increase profit and improve cash flow. Julie has over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international finance in the automotive supplier industry. Prior to her position as CFO at MVC, Julie worked for Key Plastics, Collins & Aikman, Textron Automotive and Chivas Products.

Tim Coots

General Manager of MVC Newberry

As General Manager of MVC's Newberry facility, Tim Coots oversees a highly adaptable production facility capable of producing in excess of 100,000 parts per week. Previously, he served as Director of Manufacturing and acting General Manager of MVC's Nicholasville facility. Tim has held a variety of positions in the automotive supplier industries, including positions at Visteon, Magna International, Ficosa, Key Plastics and Venture Industries.

Mike Auten

Vice President of Sales

Mike Auten is MVC's VP of Sales, Engineering and Product Development. He has over 30 years experience in various fields in the automotive industry, including 16 years at General Motors. He is an experienced product designer with a strong background in manufacturing engineering, tooling, estimating, program management and launch. He has held the similar positions at Venture Industries, Collins & Aikman, Key Plastics, Sota Technologies, and Trim-X Technologies. Mike is well respected in the supplier community and plays an active role in securing new business for MVC.

Keith Blazaitis

Vice President of Quality

Keith Blazaitis is MVC's VP of Quality. He has over 30 years of automotive experience. This experience includes executive leadership of OEM's such as Pullman Industries and Comprehensive Logistics. His career included 18 years at General Motors with continuing levels of responsibilities in purchasing, quality and product management. Keith has an undergraduate degree in chemistry with a master's degree in business management.

Alan Hicks

General Manager of MVC Nicholasville
Alan Hicks has more than 20 years of experience in plant management, quality management, project engineering, project management, production management and customer service in the custom plastics, automotive sheet metal, logistics and warehousing industries. He has held a variety of positions in the automotive supplier and logistics industries, including positions at Magna International and Comprehensive Logistics. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Army for 12 years in highly technical roles, including nuclear warhead maintenance.

Eric Jensen

Director of Program Management
Eric Jensen has a wide variety of experience in the automotive supplier industries — from program management, design and engineering to process development, quality and quality systems. He has served MVC in various roles since 1995. Before then, he worked in design and engineering at several automotive suppliers. He is certified as a Program Management Professional (PMP) by the Program Management Institute.
