Judy Masters, Quality Lab Technician

After 30 years at MVC in Nicholasville, Judy Masters keeps learning new skills. She started with the company on the production floor, but has worked in the Quality Lab since 1998.

"I really enjoy the variety of products we get to test," she said. "Every day is different. There's always something new to learn."

Judy knows continuous learning and improvement is the best way to produce high-quality parts — and that's what keeps MVC's customers happy.

"I really take pride in my work. I guess that's why I've been here so long."
