Capabilities |
Within MVC we have many capabilities to allow us to work with Tier 1
automotive manufacturers. From computer aided design (CAD),
styling, and ending with the manufacturing of the parts.
The CAD department at MVC headquarters has multiple software types
which include Catia, I-deas, and also Unigraphics. Our CAD
department also has software called Moldflow which allows us to
simulate the injection mold process. Once the design has been
made it can be used to create a photo realistic image using Alias
software. The design from the CAD department can also be sent to
our in-house laboratory where a prototype can be created using a CNC
machine. This in-house process allows for seamless development
which is a great advantage in the industry. |

Once the prototype and design has been approved for production, our
manufacturing plants have many capabilities in order to meet original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. We have two plants and
each one specializes in either plastic or metal. Within both
plants are able to mold, chrome plate plastic, stamp metal, chrome
flash, machine aluminum centers, assemble claddings to wheels, paint,
and also buffing. These are just our main capabilities at MVC. |
